Refund policy

Return of a product should be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted if the product's tag is broken or the product is damaged or used. Disclaimer: If at all customer has requested any customisation in addition, the order will not be eligible for return.Returns will only be picked up from the original delivery address, and change of reverse pickup address will not be permitted. 

Please note that any additional charges paid by the customer—such as Cash on Delivery (COD) charges or delivery/shipping fees—will not be refunded in case of a product return. If the customer has purchased multiple products using applicable offers that require a minimum number of items/cart value, and if a return is made for one or more products such that the final number/order amount of purchased items falls below the offer's threshold, the offer will be invalidated, and the refund will be based on the original product prices without the offered discount. If your order includes multiple products and returns are initiated separately, the second reverse pickup will incur an additional charge of ₹100.

Refund will be initiated within 3 business days upon receiving the returned product and amount will get reflected in the source account in  10 - 12 business days. For Cash on delivery option availed by user return is accepted and amount is credited directly to bank account provided by the user and the same has to be communicated via mail(iykacustomercare@gmail.com). If the end user is availing any services offered or purchasing products listed in the website they hereby agree to the return and refund Policy.

Replacement packages for damaged items will be dispatched within 3 business days of the report being received.
